OsteoBall® Fitness

A cutting edge way to exercise with the OsteoBall. Class includes isometric resistive strengthening, stretching and aerobic exercises. The OsteoBall is a great tool for keeping your muscles challenged with the progressive strengthening of the OsteoBall exercises while protecting your joints as you workout.


Tuesdays 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Prerequisite: Core Strengthening class or instructor’s approval

About the Instructor.

Audrey is licensed physical therapist who specializes in Post Rehab Exercise and Breast Cancer Rehab. Audrey has excellent training experience being certified in Wellness and Fitness classes for seniors, the Pilates Mat Reformer and Balance & Fall Prevention for Aging Populations. She has also co-directed many programs and lectured in the health and fitness community.
