We are a one-of-a-kind new fitness center located in the heart of Santa Monica’s medical campus. We offer customized small group fitness training classes ranging from Tai Chi to Strengthening & Balance, to a 30-Minute lunch time express workout taught by expert fitness instructors.

Love this Core Strengthening class! Terese is a terrific teacher; her class is small and instructions are easy. You can do this class on day one.
